Step 2 – Click on the ‘Copy Link’ Button 

On the dropdown menu, tap on ‘Copy Link’ and you will be presented with two options: ‘View Only’ and ‘View and Edit’.  Tapping on any one of the options would copy the URL. 

‘View and Edit’ means anyone who accesses the file via this link can view and edit the file, while ‘View’ means anyone who accesses the file via this link can only view the file.
