What does QR Code stand for?
QR stands for quick response as the user gets instant access to the information that is held within the code. A QR code is a matrix barcode, which is a specific two-dimensional barcode that encodes over 4,000 characters. A QR code consists of a white background with a square grid that has black squares arranged in it for an imaging device, like a smartphone camera, to read. The camera will use the Reed-Solomon error correction method until the image has been appropriately interpreted.
There are static and dynamic QR codes. Static QR codes are created with a fixed set of information and cannot be edited. Dynamic QR codes can be edited and changed after completion as many times as needed.
